Olbia is a city with very different areas, and with equally different prices. In fact, the capital of North-East Sardinia has areas that we could easily consider luxury as Porto Rotondo and others more accessible such as Porto Istana.
How much does a holiday home to rent in Olbia cost?
Choices are many
This is in fact the peculiarity of Olbia. Having the opportunity to offer a wide range of proposals, both in terms of property type and price.
- Porto Rotondo is the top if you want an exclusive, fashionable location, with top restaurants and services. The prices of houses and apartments are quite high because they reflect the effect of the Porto Rotondo “brand”. That said, there are numerous fantastic beaches in the area and generally the build quality of the homes in this location are either high quality or luxury.
- Pittulongu is the residential area on the north sea of Olbia, and is wider, containing the beaches of Bados, Lo Squalo, Mare Rocce and the Playa (or Pittulongu proper). In this area, independent houses, residences and hotels alternate. Prices are lower than Porto Rotondo but the beauty of the beaches is easily comparable.
- Murta Maria is the seaside area located south of Olbia and which includes the beaches of Bunte, Porto Istana, Li Cuncheddi and Capo Ceraso. Also in this area there is a wide range of real estate types to suit all budgets. This area differs from the north for the possibility of finding non-urbanized areas (Capo Ceraso) with beaches that are still wild, but obviously with fewer services.
